Strategic IT Engagement Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Strategic IT Engagement Manager to join our team at RSGROUP. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to engage with business stakeholders and drive business value through technology.

This role requires strong leadership, communication, and project management skills. You will work closely with business leaders and functional teams to identify, capture, and optimize potential business value from technology demand.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in facilitating the development and implementation of business initiatives and projects. They will also possess a strong track record of creating technology solutions to solve business problems, globally or across multiple divisions or regions within a single company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to engage with business stakeholders and drive business value through technology.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business solutions that meet stakeholder expectations.
  • Identify and prioritize business initiatives and projects that align with organizational objectives.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in facilitating the development and implementation of business initiatives and projects based on organizational objectives.
  • Demonstrated track record of creating technology solutions to solve business problems (globally, or across multiple divisions or regions within a single company).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
