Job Summary

We are a leading property developer, creating sustainable and community-focused places where housebuilders want to build, and people want to live.

Location: Corby. We encourage travel to other regional offices, covering costs of business travel.

The Role:

To deliver a positive, proactive, and inclusive approach to supporting the new community at Priors Hall Park, Corby, as part of Urban&Civic's commitment to building strong and sustainable communities.

Main Responsibilities

  • Ensure residents are involved in shaping the development;
  • Forging connections between new residents and neighboring communities via face-to-face communications and engagement;
  • Evolving events, activities, and sustainable initiatives to bring people together;
  • Providing insights and intelligence into the make-up of our new neighborhoods;
  • Developing creative content for social media and online platforms.

This role works extensively with residents and local partners, both within the development and across the local area.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
