Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Community Engagement Lead. The successful candidate will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with residents, local partners, and stakeholders.

About the Role:

  • The Community Engagement Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing community engagement strategies to ensure that residents are involved in and shaping the development of Priors Hall Park.
  • The role involves working closely with the Communications and Partnerships Manager and other Urban&Civic teams to deliver a programme of resident participation events, workshops, and activities.
  • The successful candidate will also be responsible for co-ordinating community projects, supporting partners and residents to deliver their own projects, and facilitating discussion between residents and the wider project team.

About You:

  • You will be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and experience of working with diverse groups of people.
  • You will have a proven track record of producing engaging content for online communities, face-to-face engagement, and community development.
  • You will be passionate about creating positive change in your community and have a commitment to sustainability and community-focused initiatives.
