About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Talent and Organisational Effectiveness Partner to join our People Function. In this role, you will partner with stakeholders to support the deployment of end-to-end Talent and Organisation Effectiveness processes as key enablers of our strategic plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the A&E Functions subject matter expert across the breadth of T&OE processes including performance management, strategic workforce planning, capability development, and Talent Review and Succession planning.
  • Work collaboratively with the A&E Functions People Team and Leadership team to drive engagement initiatives, analyse feedback, and support team effectiveness while achieving key KPIs such as diversity and volunteering.
  • Advise on and support in the implementation and evolution of the people operating model, as well as focusing on the continuing improvement of people processes.
