Community Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Engagement Specialist to join our team at Urban&Civic. As a key member of our Communications, Communities, and Partnerships team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development of strong and sustainable communities.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of community engagement and outreach experience, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for working closely with residents, local partners, and stakeholders to develop and implement community engagement strategies that promote resident involvement and participation in the development process.
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement community engagement strategies that promote resident involvement and participation in the development process;
* Work closely with residents, local partners, and stakeholders to ensure that their needs and concerns are addressed;
* Coordinate community events and activities that promote resident engagement and participation;
* Analyze data and insights from community engagement initiatives to inform future strategy and programming;
* Collaborate with colleagues across the organization to ensure effective communication and coordination;
