Business Expansion Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Southern Midlands & Southeast. In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive business growth and revenue expansion through strategic partnerships and account management.
About the Position:
• Drive sales growth and revenue expansion through strategic partnerships and account management
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the packaging sector
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
Your Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or a related field
• Strong understanding of the packaging industry and its trends
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Compensation Package:
Basic annual salary up to £55,000 (dependent on experience), plus performance-based bonus scheme with OTE £65-£70k, company car allowance or equivalent benefits, comprehensive healthcare package and company benefits.
