We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team at Flannery Plant Hire. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Transport Department, ensuring the smooth operation of our depot.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with paperwork and documentation in the Transport Department
- Undertake duties in accordance with Company policies and procedures
- Chase information and resolve discrepancies
- Input data and maintain accurate records
- Take calls from clients and respond to their queries
- Email customers and respond to their emails
- Scan documents onto our system
- Liaise with internal and external departments
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as required
- Ensure all personal data is collected, stored, and processed in line with the Data Protection Act (DPA), General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and Company Policies
Requirements:
- Computer literate, numerate, and IT literate
- GCSE A-C / 4-9 English – Preferably in English & Math's
Preferred Skills:
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently
- Good communication skills
- Strong administration skills
- Confident with Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Outlook
