**Job title: Receptionist/Administrator (permanent, full-time)**
**Location: North West London**
**Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum**

**Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm + 1-hour lunch break**

As a receptionist/administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and personalized experience for their customers. Welcoming visitors warmly, assisting with inquiries, and coordinating their needs will be among your primary responsibilities. Additionally, you'll handle general administration tasks and provide support to customers, addressing their queries promptly and efficiently.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure a seamless and personalized guest journey.
- Welcome and escort guests within the building, acting upon their requests promptly and courteously.
- Assist customers with returns, purchases, and complaints.
- Maintain professionalism in handling external and internal calls.
- Accurately book meeting rooms and coordinate food and beverage requirements.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective communication and excellent guest experience.
