About the Position

We're seeking an experienced Workforce Efficiency Specialist to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about improving operational procedures and driving efficiencies.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential, as well as the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including 25 days' holiday, hybrid working, and a pension scheme.

As a Workforce Efficiency Specialist at Hearst UK, you will be responsible for analyzing data and identifying areas for improvement. You will also be leading our data and analytics efforts to enable smarter decision making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis: Analyzing data and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Process Improvement: Improving processes and procedures to increase efficiency.
  • Employee Engagement: Improving employee engagement and retention.
  • Reporting and Metrics: Developing and maintaining reporting and metrics systems.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement. You should also be highly organized, efficient, and able to work well under pressure.
