As a Strategic Workforce Development Specialist with Career Moves Group I B Corp, you will play a key role in developing and implementing a comprehensive workforce strategy aligned with business goals and growth projections.

The successful candidate will have experience in workforce management, HR operations, or a similar analytical role, as well as proficiency in Google Workspace and data analysis tools such as Google Sheets.

This is a hybrid or fully remote position with a duration of January until September 26th, 2025. The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with EMEA leadership to design and manage efficient staffing models, scheduling processes, and resource allocation to meet fluctuating demands and ensure optimal productivity.
  • Implement performance metrics and analytics to track key indicators, identify areas for improvement, and drive data-driven decision-making.

You will also be responsible for managing the recruitment process, ensuring that the right talent is brought into the organization at the right time. A strong understanding of strategic workforce planning principles and practices is essential for this role.
