We are seeking a skilled Head of Strategic Workforce Development to join our client's team in London.

Job Title: Head of Strategic Workforce DevelopmentJob Overview:

This role involves developing and implementing strategic workforce plans to meet organisational objectives, while also ensuring a supply of both traditional and new roles.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of strategic workforce plans aligned with the People Plan and new care models
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate existing workforce pressures and identify solutions
  • Provide high-quality scenario planning and insight to inform strategic decision-making
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in leading workforce planning in complex organisations, preferably within the NHS
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business outcomes
