Head of Workforce Development

Metroline Ltd is seeking an experienced Head of Workforce Development to lead our efforts in developing and implementing effective workforce strategies. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in workforce management, compliance, and training, with excellent leadership skills and experience in budget management and reporting.
The estimated salary for this role is £55,000-£65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
About the Role- Oversight of immigration and recruitment processes to ensure legal compliance.
- Compilation and presentation of monthly establishment figures and department reports, including financials, for executive review.
- Implementation and maintenance of cost-effective training programs for both new and current drivers.
- Inspiring and motivating departmental staff, fostering growth and potential.
- Monitoring and maintaining garage staff levels for efficient operation.
- Ensuring delivery of Driver CPC training to meet legal and company compliance standards.
- Relevant senior managerial qualifications.
- Proven leadership skills in managing large teams.
- Strong experience in budget management and reporting.
