About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a Head of Employee Relations. The successful candidate will have a strong background in human resources and employee relations, and will be responsible for managing the central HR/ER team and ensuring compliance with public sector rules and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
This role includes managing senior employee cases, employee concerns, and advising management on employment-related issues. You will also need to ensure that all employee relations activities comply with public sector rules, regulations, and policies. Additionally, you will need to conduct workplace investigations with a high degree of thoroughness, impartiality, and professionalism. You will also be responsible for building strong relationships with employees, unions, and management, and providing solutions that align with both legal requirements and Federation objectives.
