Workforce Experience Specialist

Purpose: We are seeking a skilled Workforce Experience Specialist to join our People Team at Austin Fraser in London. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting colleagues during periods of change and providing valuable insights through data analysis.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work with our client's People Team, where you will contribute to shaping their employee experience strategy. Your primary focus will be on analysing data and developing actionable insights to drive business decisions. You will work closely with colleagues to support them during times of change and ensure a seamless transition.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyse HRIS data, specifically Cascade, to inform business decisions
• Develop and maintain reports to track employee data and trends
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement processes that enhance employee experience
• Support colleagues during organisational changes, ensuring minimal disruption
• Maintain sufficient skills in Office 365 to perform tasks efficiently
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
1. Proven experience working with HRIS systems, preferably Cascade
2. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data
3. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings to stakeholders
4. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
5. Familiarity with Office 365, with a strong understanding of its features and capabilities
