Front Office Manager

We are seeking a skilled Front Office Manager to lead and manage the Rooms division, ensuring exceptional service standards are met and exceeded.
- Lead and manage all aspects of the Rooms division, providing friendly and engaging service to guests.
- Assist in regular training, counseling, and re-coaching to ensure consistency of service standards.
- Handle guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guests.
- Collate paperwork for departures, including credit card and company charges to be forwarded to Accounts department.
- Complete relevant computer tasks in relation to Night Audit functions, including posting room charges and daily room revenue.
- Apply necessary precautions with regards to the hotel safety and hygiene standards.
- Be well-versed in hotel fire and life safety/emergency procedures.
- Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.
- Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the Management of the Hotel.
- Ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture, and set the scene for high performance.
- Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English language.
- Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage ('Olelo Hawai'i/Ilocano/Tagalog).
- Detailed and service-oriented with an eye for detail to be self-motivated and energetic.
- Recognized commitment to Guest Service and exceeding guest expectations.
- Self-motivation and organizational skills with the initiative and ability to complete projects in a timely manner and proven ability to work under pressure.
- An operational knowledge and proficiency in Property Management System (Opera) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
