Front Office Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Front Office Manager to join our team at AccorHotel. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Front Office team, supporting the Duty Managers, and working closely with other teams to achieve goals.
Responsibilities:
* Lead the Front Office team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
* Support the Duty Managers and work closely with other teams to achieve goals
* Manage overbooking levels and contribute to achieving full and happy houses
* Ensure all aspects of Front Office operations run smoothly and look sharp
Requirements:
* Previous experience in hospitality, preferably in a Duty Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager role
* Strong focus on team development and coaching
* Ability to lead by example and support the Front Office team
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Familiarity with Opera or similar front desk operating systems and understanding of GDS is an advantage
