We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as the **Director of Strategy Consulting** at **Deep Abacus**. The estimated salary for this role is around $120,000 per annum.

This is a fantastic opportunity to drive business growth and create long-term value for our clients by helping them navigate complex business challenges. You will work with senior executives to develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with our client's business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders across various industries.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on strategic decision-making, market positioning, and business transformation.
  • Develop comprehensive strategies that address clients' business challenges and opportunities.
  • Oversee the implementation of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with clients' goals and measurable outcomes.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the firm's client base.
  • Lead proposal development and presentations to secure new consulting engagements.
  • Manage multiple consulting projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Monitor project performance, budgets, and resources to achieve profitability targets.
  • Contribute to the firm's thought leadership by publishing insights, participating in industry conferences, and speaking on topics related to strategy consulting.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging business practices to inform client strategies and firm offerings.

**Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Ideally 8-10 years of experience in strategy consulting, with a proven track record of leading successful engagements and managing client relationships.
  • Experience in managing and mentoring consulting teams, with a focus on professional development and team growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade senior executives.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, market analysis, and strategic planning.
