Join us as a Regional Service Director and play a key role in shaping the future of autism support services in Scotland. As a leader with extensive experience in social care, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve service delivery, quality assurance, and staff development. Your expertise will help us create a positive impact on the lives of individuals with autism and their families.

About the Position

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social care, preferably with experience in autism-specific services. You will be a natural leader, able to motivate and inspire your team, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A deep understanding of autism and its effects on individuals and families is essential.

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including 35 days' holiday, a contributory pension scheme, and access to training and development opportunities.
