About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our team as an Area Manager, leading our services in Scottish Borders, East Lothian & Midlothian.

The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership and supervision skills, with a strong background in social care management. They will be responsible for designing and implementing support programs tailored to the needs of autistic individuals, ensuring high-quality services are delivered across our sites.

The estimated salary for this position is around £42,000 - £48,000 per year, taking into account the location and responsibilities involved.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement autism-specific services, meeting the needs of our clients
  • Lead a management team to deliver and maintain high-quality services
  • Manage an operational budget, making informed financial decisions
  • Liaise with external agencies to ensure effective service delivery
