About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Care Leadership Specialist to join our team at Enable. As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Lead and manage teams of experienced caregivers, ensuring they have the skills and resources needed to deliver exceptional care.
  • Care Planning: Collaborate with colleagues and individuals to develop personalized care plans that meet their unique needs and goals.
  • Skill Development: Provide coaching and training to staff members to enhance their knowledge and skills in areas such as person-centered planning, autism awareness, and epilepsy management.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Experience: A proven track record in managing or supporting teams in social care settings, preferably with experience working with adults and children with learning disabilities.
  • Qualifications: SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
  • Driving License: Full driving license with access to your own vehicle for business use.
