About the Role

Barchester Healthcare seeks a highly skilled Clinical Leadership Specialist to lead clinical governance and quality of care for residents across Scotland and the North East of England. As a key member of the Divisional Clinical Development team, you will support home performance and identify strategies to improve clinical standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing KPIs and analysing results to inform improvement strategies
  • Collaborating with Managing Director and senior staff to implement changes
  • Developing training programmes and supporting recruitment efforts
  • Delivering clinical investigations and providing leadership guidance

About You

To succeed in this role, you will be a Registered Nurse (RGN) with current NMC registration, possessing strong analytical skills and experience working in a care home environment. Your leadership abilities, knowledge sharing skills and passion for delivering high-quality care make you an ideal candidate.
