We are seeking a dedicated Dementia Lead Nurse to join our pioneering team in Glasgow. This challenging yet rewarding role offers an hourly rate of up to £23,000 per year.

You will work 12-hour shifts over four days, focusing on delivering high-quality dementia care in a state-of-the-art environment. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team working together to provide exceptional care for individuals with dementia.

The Role:
  • Deliver and coordinate person-centred dementia care and therapeutic interventions
  • Work within a multidisciplinary team including nursing, social care, psychology, and wellbeing practitioners
  • Provide clinical management and leadership within the unit
  • Manage and support staff to ensure high standards of care

Requirements:
  • An active NMC Pin
  • At least 2 years of practice experience in a dementia care community
  • Excellent experience in dementia care
  • Clinical management experience (e.g., strong leadership and team management skills)
