Job Title: Guest Service Agent

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Service Agent to join our team at Hilton Hotels. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience from check-in to check-out.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process, including handling room assignments, key cards, and other guest requests.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including hotel room categories, rates, packages, and promotions.
  • Maximize room occupancy by using up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities.
  • Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation.
  • Act in accordance with company brand standards and policies.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer-focused industry, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Positive attitude, good communication skills, and a commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
  • Excellent grooming standards and a professional manner.
  • Calm, efficient, and organized with great attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task while maintaining a positive attitude when working with guests.
  • Competent level of IT proficiency.
