Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Services Agent to join our team at Red Carnation Hotels. As a Guest Services Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with guests before and after their arrival to ensure their needs are met
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest profiles, including preferences and needs
  • Provide warm and personalized welcome to guests upon arrival
  • Work closely with the Guest Services Manager to ensure seamless guest experience
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
