About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Guest Services Agent to join our team at DoubleTree by Hilton Edinburgh City Centre. As a key member of our Front of House team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring our guests feel welcome and valued throughout their stay.
