About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Agent to join our team at Hilton Hotels. As a key member of our Front Office and Food & Beverage departments, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience from check-in to check-out.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service, responding to guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensure a smooth reception experience, including check-in and check-out, and complete audit procedures as required
- Collaborate with the Guest Service Supervisor to address guest feedback and concerns
- Take and deliver food and drink orders, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills
- Maximize room occupancy and promote hotel services and facilities through up-selling techniques
- Process foreign currencies, credit cards, and cash in accordance with hotel credit policy
- Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation
- Adhere to company brand standards
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer-focused industry
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service
- Excellent grooming standards
- Calm, efficient, and organized with great attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment
- Competent level of IT proficiency
