Guest Service Agent

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Agent to join our team at Hilton Hotels. As a key member of our Front Office and Food & Beverage departments, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience from check-in to check-out.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service, responding to guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Ensure a smooth reception experience, including check-in and check-out, and complete audit procedures as required
  • Collaborate with the Guest Service Supervisor to address guest feedback and concerns
  • Take and deliver food and drink orders, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills
  • Maximize room occupancy and promote hotel services and facilities through up-selling techniques
  • Process foreign currencies, credit cards, and cash in accordance with hotel credit policy
  • Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation
  • Adhere to company brand standards

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer-focused industry

  • Excellent grooming standards
  • Calm, efficient, and organized with great attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment
  • Competent level of IT proficiency
