We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Housekeeping staff to ensure that guest rooms and public areas are cleaned to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and monitor the work of Housekeeping staff to ensure that all areas are cleaned to exacting standards.
  • Train and coach staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Schedule work and allocate tasks to ensure that all areas are covered.
  • Monitor and report on staff performance and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Coordinate work orders and ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Assist with responsibilities and duties in the absence of other team members.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Housekeeping, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly competitive remuneration package with service charge.
