We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Head Housekeeping Manager to join our team at Elite Hotels. As a key member of our Housekeeping Department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Focus: To be constantly aware of guest needs and expectations, ensuring that staff recognize and meet these expectations.
  • Proactive Problem-Solving: Anticipate guest requirements and take action to prevent complaints, resolving any issues that arise and reporting incidents to the Head Housekeeper.
  • Departmental Coordination: Take responsibility for the smooth and efficient daily coordination of Housekeeping activities, ensuring that special guest requests are met and liaising with Reception regarding room status and availability.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
