As the Head of Housekeeping at Greene King, you will lead a team dedicated to crafting a memorable experience for our guests. With an eye for detail and a passion for hospitality, you will thrive in a dynamic environment to maintain high standards in housekeeping.

Your Role as Housekeeper

  • You will create the perfect environment for our guests through preparation of exceptional spaces, perfect cleanliness, and adding unique touches to create lasting impressions.
  • Manage staffing, work assignments, and performance goals, providing mentoring and coaching for continuous improvement.
  • Plan rotas, control budgets, and communicate effectively with other managers to meet guest demand and address special requirements.
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and compliance training for new team members while overseeing housekeeping team training and standards.
  • Conduct routine inspections, report defects, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain exceptional cleanliness in public areas, promptly address guest experiences, assist in VIP requirements, and focus on delivering personalized touches for complete guest satisfaction.
