Job Title: Head Groundskeeper

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Groundskeeper to join our team at Lord Wandsworth College. As a key member of our grounds and gardens team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of playing surfaces, sports and amenity surfaces for the College.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Grounds and Gardens Manager in maintaining the highest standards of playing surfaces, sports and amenity surfaces for the College.
  • Use technical expertise and detailed operational expertise to ensure safe and consistent quality playing surfaces are always available as required.
  • Assist the team at St Neots preparatory school, as required, to support the success of the LWC Group.
