Job Title: Head Groundsman and School Maintenance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Groundsman and School Maintenance Manager to join our team at Careerline. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the grounds, buildings, and facilities of our school.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and improve the grounds, buildings, and facilities of the school to the highest possible standards.
  • Lead a small team of experienced grounds and maintenance staff.
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure the school's facilities are safe and functional.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the school.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in grounds maintenance and facilities management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures.
