Job Title: Head Groundsman and School Maintenance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Groundsman and School Maintenance Manager to join our team at Careerline. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the grounds, buildings, and sport facilities of our school.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and improve the grounds, buildings, and sport facilities to the highest possible standards.
  • Lead a small team of experienced grounds and maintenance staff.
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure the upkeep of our facilities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the school.

Requirements:

  • Practical, experienced, self-motivated, and hands-on individual with a strong background in grounds maintenance and management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
