Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Negotiator to join our team at CLD Recruitment. As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for developing close relationships with clients and vendors, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Client Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for new vendors, arranging valuations, discussing terms of service, and following up on valuations to secure clients.
  • Listing Process: Coordinate the listing process, liaising with valuers, arranging photography and EPC reports, overseeing the drafting of property brochures, and seeking approval from vendors prior to publishing.
  • Marketing Materials: Prepare all necessary marketing materials, including publishing brochures, for-sale boards, window cards, and newspaper advertisements, and sending vendors relevant copies.
  • Property Matches: Regularly carry out property matches and establish a target applicant base based on knowledge of the local area and the property.
  • Viewings and Feedback: Liaise with vendors to arrange suitable viewing appointments, coordinate accompanied viewers, and gain insightful property feedback from applicants within 48 hours, communicating feedback to vendors using appropriate communication methods.
  • Offer Process: Efficiently manage the offer process, communicating all offers for sale in writing to both vendors and applicants, assisting in the negotiation process, and confirming acceptance in writing once achieved.
  • Sales Progression: Take the lead role in progressing sales, chasing all parties involved weekly to complete the sale swiftly, and assisting with setting dates for completion.
  • Renegotiation: Lead on renegotiation throughout the sale process as necessary to complete the sale.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience within residential sales or equivalent.
  • Track Record: A proven track record of working towards targets.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills.
  • IT Skills: Strong IT skills and comprehensive knowledge of the residential property market.
  • Communication: Highly articulate and with a clear telephone manner.
