**Buying Negotiator** to help with every step of their customers property investment journey and continue to build on their success.
The
**Buying Negotiator** is responsible for generating interest from existing ‘leads’ on their CRM system. You will be working alongside a team of property consultants dealing with enquiries from motivated vendors that you determine would like an offer for the sale of their property, with a view to get them on board with our client’s services and ultimately purchasing it below market value.
As
**Buying Negotiator**, you will look after the vendors in terms of their requirements, needs and with a professional, quality approach that sets our client apart from their competitors.

**The person**:
- Excellent telephone manner and ability to build rapport.
- Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to overcome objections.
- Computer literate.
- Basic knowledge of the property market essential.
- Sales Experience (essential).
- Property experience (desirable)
**The role**:
- Attempt to contact leads on inhouse systems that have been in the system.
- Gain comprehensive information from the vendor.
- Complete inhouse lead forms and notify the customer they will be contacted.
- Ability to establish a relationship with potential customers.
- Maintaining contact with potential clients and gaining updates on their current situation
- Maintaining client files and general administration
- Researching market value of properties nationwide
- Gathering information on the property to propose a sensible offer.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Continuous communication with vendors to retain their expectations and update with the
- progression of the purchase.
- Worked to SLA’s ad call time
- Seek opportunities to pass referrals toother elements of the business.
- Refer ‘leads’ to auction where appropriate.
- Cleanse Data and follow up enquires in our CRM.
- Liaise with Team Manager when issues arise.
- Any ad hoc responsibilities
