We are working with a very unique and successful property company owned and managed by property professionals with over 50 years’ combined experience in buying property throughout England & Wales who are looking for talent to join their team.

**WHAT YOU WILL WANT TO KNOW...**
- Up to £35K (depending on experience) PLUS commission
- Commission scheme
- Monday-Friday, shifts between 8am-7pm (5pm Friday finish)
- Permanent, full-time

**A SNAPSHOT OF THE BUYING NEGOTIATORS DAY...**

You will be working in a team of negotiators/property consultants dealing with enquiries from motivated vendors with a view to getting them on board with our services.
- Attempt to contact leads on in house systems that have been in the system.
- Gain comprehensive information from the vendor.
- Ability to establish a relationship with potential customers.
- Maintaining contact with potential clients and gaining updates on their current situation
- Maintaining client files and general administration
- Researching market value of properties nationwide
- Gathering information on the property in order to propose a sensible offer.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Continuous communication with vendors to retain their expectations and update with the progression of the purchase.
- Seek opportunities to pass referrals to other elements of the business.
- Refer ‘leads’ to auction where appropriate.
- Cleanse Data and follow up enquires in our CRM.

**Does this sound like a good fit for you?**
- Excellent telephone manner and ability to build rapport.
- Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
- Ability to overcome objections.
- Computer literate
- Proactive
- Basic knowledge of the property market essential
- Sales Experience (essential)
