Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Sales Manager at iKoustic. The Technical Sales Manager will be responsible for technical sales, account management, and providing technical support to customers. This role involves sales activities and customer service to create quieter spaces in Homes and Workspaces.


Responsibilities:


Client Engagement:

Manage and grow a portfolio of clients by providing tailored soundproofing solutions from iKoustic’s extensive product range.


Lead Generation:

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals and research.

Maintain an active pipeline of current customers and prospects.


Product Knowledge:

Maintain in-depth knowledge of iKoustic's products, including features, benefits, and technical specifications.

Stay updated on industry developments and competitor offerings.


Customer Support:

Provide exceptional customer service, acting with empathy and integrity to address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Offer post-sale support and follow-up.


Sales Processes:

Prepare detailed quotations, proposals, and presentations.

Negotiate terms and close sales effectively.


Market Feedback:

Relay market insights and customer feedback to the Head of Business Development, Strategic Marketing Mgr and Product Manager to assist with developing key business strategies.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

•Achievement of individual sales targets.

•Client satisfaction and repeat business rates.

•Number of new clients acquired.

•Accuracy and timeliness of sales reporting.

•Contribution to overall team sales goals.


Qualifications

  • Proven Technical Sales and Experience in the construction or related industry
  • Account Management experience
  • Technical Support knowledge
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer Service skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand technical product information
  • Experience in the acoustic industry is a plus
  • Ability to understand and explain technical product details.
