We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic Caregiver to join our team at Belong Newcastle-Under-Lyme.

This part-time role involves working with residents in a supportive and inclusive environment, promoting their dignity and well-being. As a Caregiver, you will provide personal care, assist with daily activities, and engage with residents in a meaningful way.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with older adults, be able to work effectively under pressure, and demonstrate a person-centred approach to care.

We offer a competitive salary of £10-12 per hour, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for ongoing training and development. Our comprehensive induction programme includes classroom-based training and shadow shifts, ensuring you have the skills and confidence to excel in this role.
