The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high standards of personal care to residents, contributing to the care team, and ensuring continuity of services. They will also assist residents with personal hygiene, recognize and report clinical risks, and act courteously towards residents and their visitors while respecting their dignity and individuality.
In return, we offer a competitive salary of £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a thorough induction and training program, opportunities for career development, and a supportive work environment.
