Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Cook to join our team as a Culinary Care Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking nutritious meals for our residents, maintaining high standards of food hygiene and safety, and working collaboratively with our care team to ensure our residents receive the best possible care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing and cooking nutritious meals for our residents, taking into account their dietary needs and preferences;
  • Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and safety, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines;
  • Working collaboratively with our care team to ensure our residents receive the best possible care, including coordinating meal times and menus;
  • Assisting with menu planning and grocery shopping, ensuring that our residents have access to healthy and nutritious food options;
Requirements:
  • Degree or diploma in culinary arts or related field;
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role, preferably in a care setting;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, family members, and staff;
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively;
