Nurse Care Specialist Role

As a highly skilled Nurse Care Specialist at Akari Care, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional clinical and medical care to our residents. With a strong focus on dementia care, you will provide personalized support to ensure the highest levels of comfort and dignity.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Providing high-quality, patient-centered care to residents with complex needs
  • Leading a team to create a warm and inclusive environment that promotes independence and choice
  • Ensuring accurate documentation and effective communication with colleagues and families
Requirements:
  • Active NMC Pin with no restrictions
  • Demonstrable experience in dementia care with a coaching style leadership mentality
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Flexible and adaptable to changes at short notice
Compensation Package:
  • Competitive salary of £20.00 per hour (£43,200 per annum based on full-time hours)
  • Welcome bonus of £1,500 (terms and conditions apply)
  • Employer's pension contribution of 3%
  • Annual NMC fees paid

  • Uniform provided and DBS check costs covered
  • 28 days annual leave (based on full-time hours, including Bank Holidays)
