Key Responsibilities: As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will be responsible for leading a team to deliver exceptional care services to our residents. You will develop and implement personalized care plans, work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team, and ensure seamless delivery of care services.
Requirements: To succeed in this role, you must hold a valid NMC Pin or be awaiting registration. You should have a proven ability to lead by example, motivate teams, and delegate effectively. Good communication and relationship-building skills are essential, as well as flexibility and adaptability to changes at short notice.
