About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Lead for Older Adults to join our team at Akari Care.

This is an exciting opportunity for a registered nurse with a passion for elderly care to take on a leadership role, leading by example and empowering colleagues to deliver exceptional patient care.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of motivating teams, delegating effectively, and building strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.

A competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum (based on full-time hours) is offered, along with a welcome bonus of £1,500, employers pension contribution of 3%, and access to Wagestream, a money management app that allows employees to access a percentage of their pay as they earn it.

In addition, we offer annual NMC fees paid, recognition schemes, and rewarding referral schemes.

We also provide fully funded training and development opportunities, support with personal development plans, and a chance to grow and develop both personally and professionally.

  • You must be a registered nurse with an active PIN and no restrictions.
