**Job Title:** Clinical Healthcare Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Healthcare Professional to join our team at Uniting. As a dedicated nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to residents in our aged care home.

**About the Role:**

The successful candidate will have a strong background in clinical nursing and a passion for delivering high-quality care to older adults. You will be responsible for developing and evaluating individualized resident care plans, providing clinical services such as wound management, medication management, and palliative care.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Developing and evaluating individualized resident care plans

- Providing clinical services such as wound management, medication management, and palliative care

- Liaising with medical and allied health professionals and residents' family members

- Supervising and supporting Personal Care Workers

**Requirements:**

- Previous registered nursing experience in aged or community care

- Nursing degree with current AHPRA registration

- Full COVID-19 vaccination (3 doses)

- Flexible, adaptable, empathetic, resourceful, great time manager

- Committed to contemporary aged care nursing practice

**Salary:** $65,000 - $80,000 per annum + superannuation
