We are currently seeking a skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Tyne Grange care home in Newcastle. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional patient care and support, ensuring the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents are met.
  • Collaborate with the care team to provide holistic care that addresses the unique needs of each individual.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports, adhering to strict confidentiality and data protection guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse (RNM/RNLD) qualification and valid NMC registration.
  • Experience in a care home setting, with a proven track record of providing high-quality care.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents, families, and colleagues.

What We Offer:
