The Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and compassionate Senior Health Care Assistant to join our team at Tyne Grange. As a leader, you will be responsible for supervising and mentoring a team of care colleagues, ensuring excellent care standards and teamwork. You will work closely with our Nurse in Charge to deliver high-quality care, promoting the physical, emotional, and social wellbeing of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of care colleagues, ensuring excellent care standards and teamwork.
- Care Delivery: Deliver high-quality care to adults living with complex needs, promoting their physical, emotional, and social wellbeing.
- Care Planning: Develop and implement person-centred care plans, addressing individual needs and goals.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and comprehensive care records, adhering to regulatory requirements.
Competitive Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of up to £12.00 per hour, depending on qualifications, as well as a range of benefits, including access to wages before payday, retail and lifestyle discounts, free DBS check, and 24/7 counselling and support services.
