The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and compassionate Senior Health Care Assistant to join our team at Tyne Grange. As a leader, you will be responsible for supervising and mentoring a team of care colleagues, ensuring excellent care standards and teamwork. You will work closely with our Nurse in Charge to deliver high-quality care, promoting the physical, emotional, and social wellbeing of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of care colleagues, ensuring excellent care standards and teamwork.
  • Care Delivery: Deliver high-quality care to adults living with complex needs, promoting their physical, emotional, and social wellbeing.
  • Care Planning: Develop and implement person-centred care plans, addressing individual needs and goals.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and comprehensive care records, adhering to regulatory requirements.
