**About This Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Communication Specialist to join our team at Plena Healthcare. The successful candidate will provide mobile Speech Pathology services to adults living in residential aged care facilities and the local community.

**Key Responsibilities**
  1. Assess and diagnose swallowing and communication difficulties.
  2. Develop and implement effective treatment plans.
  3. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal care outcomes.
  4. Travel to regional locations as required.

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $115,000 per annum, depending on experience.
