Your main duties will involve:

  • Developing and delivering training materials up to Level 5 Leader in Adult Care.
  • Guiding learners towards achieving their apprenticeships and qualifications, including Diplomas, Gateway, and successful End Point Assessments.
  • Ensuring ongoing promotion and monitoring of essential topics, such as safeguarding, PREVENT, British Values, health and safety, wellbeing, and equality, diversity, and inclusion.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A teaching or assessing qualification, such as AET, CAVA, TAQA, PTLLS, or equivalent.
  • Experience in delivering apprenticeships.
  • A level 5 H&SC qualification for unqualified candidates.
