This role requires a Senior Care Assistant who embodies kindness and compassion in their daily work.

The ideal candidate will be able to build strong relationships with our residents and their families, ensuring personalised care plans are implemented effectively.

Influencing a team of Care Assistants, you'll maintain the highest standards of care while promoting a supportive environment for colleagues to thrive.

To succeed in this role, you'll require a Level 2 Diploma S/NVQ in Adult Care and a commitment to progressing towards a Level 3 qualification.

We provide full training, enabling you to identify signs of potential abuse, harm, or neglect and take necessary actions.
