Job Summary:

As a Care and Support Coordinator with the Presbyterian Church in Ireland, you will be responsible for promoting and ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents. This will involve leadership and management of staff to meet the physical, social, emotional, and spiritual needs of our residents, in accordance with Christian ethos.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge and experience of care planning to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.
  • A good understanding of the needs of vulnerable adults and their families, with a focus on delivering person-centered care.
  • Knowledge of quality assurance and monitoring standards to maintain excellence in care delivery.
  • Experience in ordering, receiving, administering, and storing medication, with a focus on resident safety.
  • Availability for flexible hours working, including weekends, and a willingness to work beyond normal shift patterns.
  • Willingness to maintain registration with the Northern Ireland Social Care Council, as a requirement of this position.
  • A commitment to working within the Christian ethos of the Presbyterian Church in Ireland.

Two posts available: Post 1 (40 hours per week) and Post 2 (30 hours per week).
